Section 172-155-012 - TEST ADMINISTRATION BY UNLICENSED INDIVIDUALS

An individual who is trained by and is under the supervision of a licensed psychologist may administer and score tests which require no independent professional judgment and no interpretation of results. The individual must receive supervision, orders, and directions from a licensed psychologist. The supervisor must select the test to be administered and is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the administration and scoring of the tests.
