These regulations govern the credentialing of psychologists, psychological assistants, psychologist associates, provisional licensed psychologists, and special licensed psychologists as set out in Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-3101 to 38-3133 of the Psychology Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act (UCA). Persons providing psychology services to clients located in Nebraska must be licensed as a psychologist in Nebraska unless exempt.
