To obtain a delegated dispensing permit, an applicant must submit a completed application provided by the Department and provide documentation demonstrating that the applicant meets the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-2873 and this chapter. An applicant must pass an initial inspection before a permit may be issued.
