Section 172-108-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

These regulations govern the qualifications and training requirements for NURSE AIDES employed in nursing homes. Statutory authority for this chapter is Nebraska Revised Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 71-6038, 716039, and 71-6040 to 71-6042. These regulations are consistent with federal requirements at 42 CFR § 483, Subpart D, as it existed on the effective date of these regulations.
