Section 172-106-005 - ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING MORE THAN ONE FACILITY

To obtain approval, a nursing home administration must submit a complete application provided by the Department and provide documentation demonstrating that the applicant meets the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-2419 and this chapter.

005.01 FACILITIY INFORMATION. The applicant must provide the following information.

(A) Name and address of the facilities for which the administrator will be responsible for overseeing;

(B) Number of beds per facility and the combined total number of beds for the facilities; cannot exceed 200;

(C) The travel time between the two facilities the farthest apart. The travel time between the two facilities the farthest apart must not exceed two hours and must be by motor vehicle. Air time is not considered travel time for this purpose; and

(D) The distance between the two facilities the farthest apart. The total distance cannot exceed 150 miles.
