Section 142-1-003 - Unlawful Age Employment Practice or Practices

As used herein, the term "Unlawful Age Employment Practice or Practices" shall mean the acts, conduct and matters defined as constituting an unlawful age employment practice or practices by Sections 48-1003(1) and 48-1004 of the Act, as amended.
