Chapter 9 - CONTAINERS AND APPURTENANCES; GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

All secondary containment facilities will be inspected at least once a month when used for storage and the following records are to be kept on file for at least three years at the storage facility or the nearest office from which the storage site is administered and submitted to the Director upon request within a reasonable time as determined by the Director:

007.01 Monthly facility inspections including date of inspection or maintenance, name of the person that made the inspection, a description of the condition of the facilities, bulk containers and appurtenances, and a description of the specific maintenance performed;

007.02 The level in each container used for storage of bulk liquid pesticides or bulk fertilizer is to be measured and recorded at least monthly; and

007.03 A quarterly inventory reconciliation accounting for all liquid fertilizer or liquid pesticide placed in each bulk container.
