Storage Facility means a location where bulk pesticide, bulk liquid pesticide, or bulk fertilizer is stored. A storage facility shall include the entire contiguous tract of land upon which bulk pesticide or bulk fertilizer is loaded, unloaded, mixed, blended, or stored.
