The following requirements are applicable to owners who hire contract operators to operate their wastewater treatment facility. The owner of a wastewater treatment facility will:
001.01 notify the department within 30 days of hiring a contract operator; and
001.02 provide the department with a copy of the contract or other information detailing the contract operator's responsibilities and the owner's responsibilities.
