Section 132-1-091 - Processed waste tire

"Processed waste tire" shall mean a waste tire that has been subjected to a chemical or physical alteration, to the degree that it has been size reduced to the form of crumb rubber, shreds or chips or reduced the waste tire to the individual components consisting of the sidewalls and tread. This definition does not include a tire bale composed of whole tires and/or any components of waste tires.
