"Liquid waste" shall mean any waste which contains free liquids which will readily separate from the solid portion of a waste under ambient temperature and pressure as determined by the Paint Filter Liquids Test Method 9095B (test method dated November 2004), included in "Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, Physical / Chemical Methods" (Environmental Protection Agency Publication SW-846, Update IIIB).
