Section 128-23-002 - Emergency orders

If a discharge of hazardous waste requires immediate removal to protect human health or environment (as determined by the Director) an emergency order may be issued pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-1507(4) (Supp. 1983) holding in abeyance the manifest and recordkeeping requirements of these regulations until the discharged hazardous waste no longer presents an immediate hazard to human health or the environment (as determined by the Director).
