Except as more expressly provided herein, the procedures set forth in Title 115 - Rules of Practice and Procedure, Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality, shall apply to the following proceedings: Closure Plans; Post-Closure Plans; Post-Closure Permits; and, Operating Permits.
