On or after January 1, 2004, any onsite wastewater treatment system constructed, reconstructed, altered, modified, or otherwise changed by a certified professional, professional engineer, or registered environmental health specialist will be registered in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat, § 81-15,248(2).
