Section 123-1-042 - Professional engineer

"Professional engineer" means a person who is licensed as a professional engineer by the Nebraska Board of Engineers and Architects. The board may designate a professional engineer, on the basis of education, experience, and examination, as being licensed in a specific discipline or branch of engineering signifying the area in which the professional engineer has demonstrated competence.
