The Director shall hold a public hearing on the basis of a significant degree of public interest in actions as specified in Chapter 32, 001.01 of this Title. The Director also may hold a public hearing to clarify one or more issues involved in the permit and/or aquifer exemption decision. Public notice of the hearing shall be given as specified in Chapter 32 of this Title.
