The regulatory requirements of this chapter shall not preempt more stringent restrictions required of sources and facilities covered by federal regulations within the Clean Water Act (CWA); Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA); Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); or the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); and other applicable federal statutes.
