Section 107-2-011 - Prime Contractor

Prime Contractor means the person(s) or entity(s) who has a contract with the owner and falls within the definition of contractor listed in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-1609. Prime contractor may also mean a property owner who performs the work of a prime contractor or performs the work him/herself.
