Section 93-16-009 - Business Transactions

Employees are additionally prohibited from entering into any private business transactions with any persons or entities that have matters pending or to be pending, upon which such employees are, or will be, called upon to render decisions or pass judgments in an official capacity as representatives of the Department. If any such employees are already engaged in the business transactions at the time the matters arise, they will be disqualified from rendering any decisions or passing any judgments upon the same.
