Section 93-11-003 - Inspection and Copies

An employee of the Department will be allowed to inspect and/or obtain a copy of their own personnel file maintained by Human Resources at any time during work hours. Upon an employee's specific request to the Human Resources Office, the Human Resources Office will, within ten (10) workdays, provide electronic access or copies of the specific documents.
