The employee may, within seven (7) calendar days of the appraisal conference, make written comments within the employee signature area or submit a separate written statement to the Human Resources Office that will become a permanent part of the personnel file. No additional written observation will be made on the appraisal after the appraisal conference has been held without notification to the employee.
