NDCS shall notify the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) each week of all new admissions who were enrolled in the medical assistance program prior to becoming incarcerated and within 20 days of receiving information that an inmate who was enrolled in the medical assistance program is or will be incarcerated within an NDCS institution.
