Section 54-12-1 - Statement of Purpose

The purpose of this rule and regulation is to implement the Out-of-State Branding Permit per Legislative Bill 435, not to exceed $ 50.00 which authorizes a one-time use of a brand registered with a state other than Nebraska to brand cattle imminently being exported out of Nebraska.
