A corporation registered under Section 1-134 of the Act and any corporation granted a permit under Section 1-136 of the Act shall be subject to the Rules of Professional Conduct. Any shareholder who ceases to be eligible to be a shareholder shall be required to dispose of all of his or her shares within a reasonable period to a person qualified to be a shareholder or to the corporation.
