Section 51-9-015 - FAILURE OF EXAMINATION, PETITIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION

Any applicant who is notified that he or she has failed the examination may, within fifteen days of the notification, petition the Board for a hearing on reconsideration. The Board may, at its discretion, grant such hearing and reconsider the applicant's grades.
