001.01 For purposes of this Rule:
001.01A "Electronic" means relating to
technology having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical,
electromagnetic, or similar capabilities; and
001.01B "Electronic record" means information
that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in paper
form through an automated process used in conventional commercial
practice.
