001.01 All amateur and professional MMA contests and exhibitions must be conducted under the supervision of the Commissioner.
001.02 The Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts are hereby adopted, subject to the exceptions, amendments, and clarifications contained in these regulations, and incorporated by reference as Attachment C.
