Definitions contained in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 54-501 to 54-508, shall apply to such terms when used in these regulations.
003.01 ACT
ACT means the Food Supply Animal Veterinary Incentive Program Act.
003.02 FOOD SUPPLY ANIMAL VETERINARY INCENTIVE PROGRAM AWARD APPLICATION
FOOD SUPPLY ANIMAL VETERINARY INCENTIVE PROGRAM AWARD APPLICATION means the application form developed by the Department and completed by an applicant for purposes of assisting the Department in the selection.
