Section 4-2-001 - SCOPE AND APPLICATION

Section 49-1493(1) through (6) and (9) through (12) designates the public officials and employees required to file Statements of Financial Interests with the Commission. This rule designates the public officials and public employees required to file pursuant to subdivisions (7), (8) and (13) of section 49-1493. See sections 49-1493 to 49-1495. Revised Statutes of Nebraska, as to when Statements of Financial Interests must be filed. See sections 49-1496 to 49-1497 and NADC Form C-1 for the form and contents of such Statements of Financial Interests.
