Upon the Applicant passing the examination and meeting the requirements set forth in Sec. 76-542, R.R.S. Nebraska, as amended, the Board shall issue a Certificate of Registration designating him or her a Registered Abstracter which shall be prominently displayed in the place of business of the Certificate of Authority holder.
