Rule 42.18.129 - PERMISSION BY THE OWNER OR OWNER'S AGENT TO ENTER IMPROVEMENTS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

(1) Property valuation staff entering the owner's land may not willfully or purposefully damage any real or personal property in gaining access to the property or while on the property.
(2) Property valuation staff will limit their vehicle access to established roads and trails while on the property.
