Rule 38.5.3410 - POSTING REQUIREMENTS

(1) Each operator service provider must post on or near each telephone instrument subscribed to its service, in plain view of consumers:
(a)
the name, address, and toll-free telephone number of the operator service
provider;
(b) a written disclosure
that its rates are available upon request;
(c) dialing instructions detailing operator
service provider dialing procedures as well as instructions for accessing the
local exchange company operator; and
(d) emergency dialing information.
