(1) When a schedule is rejected by the commission as unlawful, the number which it bears must not be again used. Such schedules must not thereafter be referred to as cancelled, amended, or otherwise, but publication that is issued in lieu of such rejected schedules must bear notation "In lieu of___________, rejected by Commission."
