Rule 37.93.501 - CHILD PLACING AGENCY: CONFIDENTIALITY OF RECORDS

(1) All records maintained by an agency pertaining to an individual child are confidential and may not be disclosed to any person, agency or organization except as specified in 40-8-126, MCA, and 50-15-206, MCA.

(2) All records pertaining to individual children placed by the agency shall be made available at any time to the department's designated representatives.
