(1) The CSSD will report to the consumer reporting agency only those support debts when:
(a) the amount of the debt retainable by the
CSSD for the reimbursement of assigned public assistance expenditures is an
amount equal to at least seven times the monthly current support; or
(b) the amount of the debt owing to an
obligee is an amount equal to at least seven times the monthly current
support.
(2) Reports will be provided to a consumer reporting agency only upon request of an agency with whom the CSSD has entered into an agreement which specifies the form and content of the reported information, and which imposes terms and conditions for the use of the information so as to protect its confidentiality.
