Rule 37.50.505 - FOSTER CARE SUPPORT SERVICES, DIAPER ALLOWANCE

(1) Any child under the age of 3 who is placed in a licensed foster home is eligible for a diaper allowance if:
(a) the child is expected to be in foster
care for more than 30 days;
(b) the
department is making foster care payments for the child; and
(c) there is a need for diapers as documented
by the placing worker.
(2) The amount of the diaper allowance is $ 1.67 per day per eligible child.
