Rule 37.40.705 - HOME HEALTH SERVICES, REIMBURSEMENT

(1) Reimbursement fees for home health services are as referenced in ARM 37.85.105(4).
(2) Home health services reimbursement includes the following services:
(a) nursing
or therapy service;
(b) home
health aide visit; and
(c) medical
supplies, equipment, and appliances suitable for use in any setting in which
normal life activities take place .
