Rule 37.34.967 - 0208 MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES PROGRAM: PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION, COUNSELING, AND CONSULTATION SERVICES

(1) Psychological evaluation, counseling, and consultation services are those services provided by a licensed psychologist, licensed professional counselor, or a licensed clinical social worker within the scope of the practice of the respective professions.
