Rule 37.106.3013 - EATING DISORDER CENTERS (EDC): ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES

(1) An EDC must have written policies and procedures for determining eligibility for services that include:
(a) the criteria to determine
eligibility for services;
(b) the
information required to be collected to determine eligibility for
services;
(c) the population of
individuals accepted or not accepted for services; and
(d) the procedures for accepting
referrals.
(2) The EDC must have a policy and procedures for managing wait lists for services.
