Rule 37.106.2891 - ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS: CATEGORY C

(1) An assisted living category C facility must be administered by a person who meets the conditions of ARM 37.106.2814 and has:
(a) three or more years experience in working
in the field of geriatrics or caring for disabled residents in a licensed
facility; or
(b) a documented
combination of education and training that is equivalent to the experience
required in (1), as determined by the department.
(2) At least eight of the 16 hours of annual continuing education the administrator must complete under ARM 37.106.2814(3) shall pertain to caring for persons with severe cognitive impairments.
