Rule 37.106.2005 - MENTAL HEALTH CENTER: FOSTER CARE FOR ADULTS WITH MENTAL ILLNESSES, RECORDS

(1) For each foster care provider, the mental health center shall maintain the following information on file:
(a) initial and annual
assessments of the provider's ability to provide necessary services and
supports to the client and ability to support the client's rights as outlined
in
53-21-142,
MCA; and
(b) documentation of the
orientation session prior to entering into a client placement agreement, and
annually thereafter.
(2) For each client, the mental health center shall maintain the following information on file:
(a) the mental health
center's individual placement agreement with each client which sets forth the
terms of the client's placement and the responsibilities of the foster care
provider, the mental health center, the client, and when appropriate the
guardian as defined in ARM
37.106.1902; and
(b) documentation that the client has
received an assessment to ensure the appropriateness of foster care services in
meeting the client's needs as provided in ARM
37.106.2015.
