Rule 36.22.1702 - CERTIFICATION OF ENHANCED RECOVERY PROJECTS

(1) The board, upon application of an interested party and notice and hearing, will certify to the department of revenue its approval of a new or expanded enhanced recovery project. Projects requiring compulsory unitization under 82-11-204, MCA, et seq. and wholly voluntary projects requested under ARM 36.22.1229 through 36.22.1232 must comply with the application, notice, and hearing requirements under the applicable rule or statute.
