Rule 36.22.1410 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION

(1) Notice of application for underground injection permit must be mailed to each current operator, lease owners, and surface owners, within the area of review. Such notices must be mailed on or before the date the application is mailed to or filed with the board.
(2) Applicants for an additional new well or wells, or for recompletion of an existing well or wells to injection service, within an approved area or enhanced recovery project must:
(a) mail
notice to each current operator, lease owner of nonoperated lease, mineral
owner of nonoperator lease within the area of review, and the surface owner of
each new well site, on or before the date the application is mailed to the
board; and
(b) advise each party to
which notice is given that the application is eligible for administrative
approval by the program director, unless objections are received within 20 days
of receipt of the application by the program director.
