Rule 36.14.104 - CANCELLATION OF PERMITS

(1) Permits may be canceled by the department for cause including but not limited to the following:

(a) violation of any permit condition;

(b) failure to fully disclose all relevant facts or obtaining a permit through misrepresentation;

(c) violation of the act or these rules; or

(d) change or newly discovered condition or circumstance that makes or would make the dam unsafe.
