Rule 34.5.101 - ELIGIBILITY OF VETERAN

(1) Any veteran who received any discharge, other than a dishonorable discharge, from the armed forces of the United States is eligible for burial in the cemetery. The term "veteran" shall include individuals who served with national guard and reserve units of the U.S. military forces.

(2) Veterans not qualifying for a veterans administration "plot allowance" shall be charged an equivalent fee for opening and closing of all gravesites.
