Rule 24.9.1001 - PURPOSE

(1) The purpose of this subchapter is to provide guidelines that will enable educational institutions to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the basis of sex. These rules are interpretive rules. The fact that a particular situation is not addressed in these rules shall not be construed topreclude a cause of action under the Montana Human Rights Act or the Governmental Code of Fair Practices.
