Rule 24.8.767 - NOTIFICATION OF ENTRY OF HEARING OFFICER DECISION

(1) Upon the entry of the hearing officer decision, the hearing officer shall give the parties written notice of the entry of that order, including the date of entry of the order and a notification of the rights of the parties to file exceptions to it for review by the commission.
