(1) Except as established in for original plan approvals, the manufacturer shall apply for plan renewal for the following year prior to the December 31 expiration date of each year shown on the permit. At the time of renewal, plans which have not been changed do not require the submission of plans.

(2) If any changes have been made to the plans, the plans cannot be renewed; a new application and updated plans must be submitted to the bureau, including the applicable fees required by ARM 24.301.1261.

(3) If the department adopts new versions of codes applicable to the plans, then renewal of existing plans reviewed under the previous codes are not allowed, and the manufacturer must send a new application and fees for plan review and approval of the model demonstrating compliance with the new codes.
