Rule 24.301.1203 - INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE OF INTERNATIONAL CODE COUNCIL AND MODULAR BUILDING INSTITUTE STANDARDS

(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference the International Code Council and Modular Building Institute 1200 Standard for Off-site Construction: Planning, Design, Fabrication and Assembly, 2021 edition (ICC/MBI 1200 Standard).
(2) The department adopts and incorporates by reference the International Code Council and Modular Building Institute 1205 Standard for Off-site Construction: Inspection and Regulatory Compliance, 2021 edition, (ICC/MBI 1205 Standard).
(3) A copy of the off-site standards may be obtained from the International Code Council at www.ICCsafe.org.
