Rule 24.29.821 - CERTIFICATION OF CLAIMS EXAMINERS

(1) Claims examiners must be certified by the department upon the following:

(a) completion of the application form provided by the department;

(b) payment of the required fees; and

(c) satisfactory completion of an examination.

(2) Certification is for a two-year period. The certification date is the date of the successfully completed examination.
